A treatment is easier to face when you know what happens next. This is the structure that every Jelan Clinic patient follows.
Step one — request a consultation
You send your details and tell us which treatment you are interested in. This is the only first step, for every patient.
Nothing is decided at this stage.
Step two — medical evaluation
Our medical team reviews the information you provided, including photographs where relevant, and considers what is appropriate for your case.
This is a clinical assessment. If something is not realistic, we say so.
Step three — treatment planning
The appropriate treatment options and the next steps are explained, together with the practical details and what the plan includes.
You receive it in writing and decide in your own time.
Steps four to six — arrival, treatment and follow-up
International patient services can assist with the planned arrival and transportation arrangements. The treatment or procedure then takes place in the appropriate medical environment.
Afterwards you receive follow-up guidance, and contact continues after you return home.
Practical points for patients
- Start with the consultation form, not with a booking request.
- Ask who your single point of contact is.
- Ask for the written plan before agreeing dates.
- Keep the follow-up channel open after you travel home.
Frequently asked questions
How long does the process take?
It depends on your case and on how quickly information is exchanged. We do not publish response-time promises we cannot measure.
Who reviews my case?
Our medical team. Websites and assistants never make medical decisions.
Can I ask questions during the process?
Yes. Ask them at any point — the coordination team will route medical questions to the right people.
What if I decide not to proceed?
That is entirely your decision. A consultation is a conversation, not a commitment.
